Meet Our Staff
Leslie A. Robinson, Project Manager
Ms. Robinson is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, labor standards, procurement requirements, environmental activities and other issues related to grant-funding projects. She will be providing program administration services and support construction implementation for housing, infrastructure, disaster recovery and economic development grants for our clients. Additionally, Ms. Robinson will administer contracts between owners and contractors and ensure timely completion of projects. She brings to the table many years of experience in Property Management of multi-family properties, as well as extensive experience in Construction Services Management of Tax Credit Rehabs in several different states, completing total remodels of both Senior and multi-family projects. Her insight and experience dealing with Resident issues, Capitol Improvements, Code Compliance, OSHA, Fair Housing and Lease Laws are sure to prove an asset to our clients.
Experience: Ms. Robinson has an extensive background in multi-family Property Management as well as in Tax Credit Rehabilitations of multi-family structures.
