Nancy Phillips, Project Consultant
Program administration and management services will be provided by Nancy Phillips of Nancy Phillips and Associates. Meridian and Ms. Phillips partner on a number of projects throughout the state. She has created her own firm specializing in grant/funding services. Her clientele includes the Florida Association of Counties covering 33 rural counties, City of Stuart, Tampa Port Authority, Hendry County, St. Lucie County, City of Clewiston, City of Homestead, and City of Okeechobee. In addition, she will utilize her former experience with Florida Department of Community Affairs, to provide your community with the highest level of service possible.
