James F. (Jay) Moseley, Vice President
Mr. Moseley serves as Senior Vice President of Meridian and assists with all aspects of client relations and project management. In addition, he is one of our senior construction specialists and coordinates of all company services with regards to inspection, housing rehabilitation, and field construction services. He is an expert in the latest construction standards and enforcement codes. Mr. Moseley has performed construction coordination in a wide range of community development fields, including structural, residential, civil engineering, and similar areas. He has a command of the special restrictions on grant/loan funded projects and is an expert in construction plan review, grant compliance, and document control. Mr. Moseley has 30 total years of construction management and inspection experience, with fifteen years of experience working with grant/loan funded projects. Mr. Moseley is certified by SBCCI, ACI, FCPA, and DOT. Mr. Moseley is also certified by HUD in the Environmental Review Process for federally funded projects.
