Deanna Lloyd, Project Coordinator
Deanna Lloyd assists Project Managers with the implementation of program administration requirements for our housing rehabilitation, neighborhood revitalization, and economic projects in the Key West office. Deanna's responsibilities include communicating with homeowners and project-related individuals, processing project-related information and documentation, compiling bid documents and maintaining program files.
Experience: Ms. Lloyd has more than 20 years in grant administration experience; from conducting funding research through project implementation to program close-out. She has worked with housing, environmental and recreational programs bringing a wide range of skills and administrative experience to the organization. Ms. Lloyd's experience with local government includes working directly in the Building, Planning and Land Use Departments, plus serving as a county Grants Manager for over ten years, thereby providing a firm understanding of county operations. Her knowledge of non-profit administration and the challenges they face brings another level of expertise to our company.
Qualifications: Ms. Lloyd has completed over 5 years of University study and continues to further her academic studies in the areas of Business Management, Sustainable Communities and History.
